Before you hand your records to strangers.
You do not know us. That is reasonable, and it is the position we would be in ourselves. Four answers, and then you can decide.
- The server can sit in your building
- Some administrators want nothing at all leaving the compound. That is fine. Run it in our cloud, on a machine in your own building, or both. The hardware can sit in a locked room you control.
- Nothing about this locks you in
- Patients, assets, sales. All of it exports in a format another system can read, on the day you ask, in a file you keep. No exit fee. No notice period on a data request. If you leave us, you leave with everything.
- One engineer, not a queue
- On the Hospital or Network plan you are assigned an engineer who knows your installation, so when you ring you are talking to someone who already knows which room the server sits in. Everyone else gets the same small team in Kampala, on the phone.
- The response times are published
- Severity levels, response and resolution targets, uptime and maintenance windows are written on the service levels page. Read them before you sign. None of it was agreed verbally, which means none of it can be quietly forgotten later.
