Who we work for.
Six kinds of organisation, one team in Kampala. Each page below says what that kind of place struggles with, and what of ours does each job.
Hospitals and clinics
The hospital system, the network it runs on, the computers at each desk and the engineer you ring when one stops. One team, one contract.
Government and public sector
An asset register the auditor accepts, specifications a tender can be run on, and equipment that leaves the building with its data destroyed and a certificate to prove it.
NGOs and donor projects
Equipment tracked by project and grant, donor reports fed from the systems you already run, and a clean close-out when the project ends.
Schools and universities
Campus Wi-Fi, computer labs that work at the start of term, a register of every machine, and messages that reach parents on the phone they already use.
Banks, SACCOs and insurers
Security that is tested rather than assumed, branches on one network, and statements, reminders and claims updates sent on WhatsApp by the systems that hold them.
Retail and distribution
A till that understands heaps and bunches, a shop online with mobile money at checkout, orders on WhatsApp, and customers who find you on Google before they find the shop next door.
Not on the list?
Most of what we do is not tied to a sector: networks, support, security, WhatsApp, software built to order. If you run an office, we can probably help with it.
