Business process automation

The retyping, reminders and reports your staff do by hand, done by software instead.

What is in the scope

Most offices lose hours a day to work a machine should do: copying numbers between systems, chasing approvals, sending the same reminder, rebuilding the same report every month. We connect the systems you already run, add WhatsApp and SMS steps where your customers already are, and leave your staff the work that needs a person.

  • Workflow automation: approvals, reminders, follow-ups
  • Integrations between the systems you already run
  • Automated invoicing, statements and recurring reports
  • WhatsApp and SMS steps where your customers already are
How an engagement runs

From first meeting to hand-over

Map
A day in your office on paper: what gets retyped, chased or rebuilt by hand, and what each costs.
Automate
The highest-value step first, live in weeks, measured against the manual version it replaced.
Extend
Each automation that pays for itself funds the next one.
Equipment and standards

We build on the systems’ own APIs, with n8n for orchestration and the WhatsApp Business API where a step reaches a customer.

Before you get in touch

Do we have to replace our current systems?
No. Automation sits on top of what you already run. The work is connecting the systems and removing the retyping between them, not throwing out software your staff already know.
How do we know what to automate first?
We map a normal working day and put a cost on each manual step: what gets retyped, chased, or rebuilt in a spreadsheet. The first automation is the one that pays back fastest, and the figure is written down before we build it.
What happens when the automation breaks?
It is monitored like everything else we host, and a failed step alerts us rather than silently dropping your invoice run. The targets on the service levels page apply to this work too.
