NGOs, programmes and donor-funded projects.
Equipment tracked by project and grant, donor reports fed from the systems you already run, and a clean close-out when the project ends.

A donor asks, at the end of a grant, where every laptop, phone and printer bought with its money went. The answer is usually in three spreadsheets and the memory of a logistics officer who has since moved on. Glide Asset Manager keeps the register by project and grant from the day an item is bought, with the custodian and location attached.
The reporting is the other half. Indicators get copied from field forms into a spreadsheet and from the spreadsheet into the donor template, and each copy is a chance to be wrong. We build dashboards and donor reports that read straight from the systems the programme already runs.

Asked before anyone signs.
- Can the asset register follow our grant structure?
- Yes. Items are recorded against a project and a grant from purchase, so the register for any one donor can be printed on its own.
- Can you work with data from our existing tools?
- That is the point of the reporting work: databases, exports, spreadsheets and third-party systems are connected as they are, and the numbers are the same everywhere.
- What happens to the data when the project ends?
- It exports in a format another system can read, on the day you ask, with no exit fee. Equipment that leaves is wiped and certified per serial number.
