What we shipped, and when.

Written for the people who use the systems rather than the people who build them. If something here affects your facility and nobody told you, that is our mistake, not yours.

Pricing you can read, and a demo that shows a working day

  • Glide HMIS is now sold in four facility sizes with the staff count included, so nobody is charged per login and a clinic can put its whole team on the system.
  • A new way in for clinics with nothing to commit: pay as you treat, UGX 300 a visit with a monthly minimum, billed for the visits actually recorded.
  • The public demo hospital now refreshes every night, so it always shows a working day rather than an empty ward.
  • Every facility administrator can open billing. The invoice screens previously refused anyone who was not a cashier or an accountant.
  • The module list and the full price list are downloadable as documents, with no form in front of them.

Paying online, and licences that match what you bought

  • Plans can be paid with MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money or card, and the receipt arrives as soon as the payment clears.
  • A payment now settles even if you close the tab before returning, which previously left the invoice open.
  • Every subscription issues a licence for the seats it covers, with fourteen days of grace past the paid period so a late invoice never locks a facility out.
  • Adding one more user than your licence covers is allowed while you upgrade, rather than stopping a shift.
  • The site was rebuilt: faster on mobile data, legible at every size, and it no longer loads anything from outside Uganda except the payment page itself.
