Yes. We run workloads in our cloud, on a server inside your building, or both, and the choice is yours rather than ours. For clinical and financial records the on-premise option exists for exactly this reason.

How do we know the backups work?

Because they are restored rather than assumed. A backup nobody has restored is a guess, so the restore is rehearsed and the result is something we will show you.

Will this cost more than what we run now?

Sometimes, and we will tell you when. A cost review is part of the work, and moving to the cloud is not automatically cheaper than a server you already own and have already paid for.
