We could write four this afternoon. Every software company in Kampala has them, each with a percentage against it and nobody's name underneath. You would have no way of checking a single figure, and neither would we.
There is a plainer reason too. Nobody is live on Glide HMIS yet. The first installation is going in at Ultra Medicare in Sonde now, which makes a case study impossible and makes the rest of this page more useful than one would have been.

Ultra Medicare in Sonde is the first. Ask and we will tell you which week it is at and what has gone wrong so far, and you can put the questions to Hassan, the technician doing the work, rather than to a salesperson.

Where the data sits, when we last restored a backup, what happens if you leave. We wrote the list, including the ones we find uncomfortable.
Read the vendor questionsWhen we do publish one, it will have four things in it.
The name of the facility. The name of the person who said it. The date it went in. And a number somebody actually measured, with the thing that was measured written next to it. If a case study anywhere is missing one of those four, including ours, treat it as advertising.
