A clinic's first obstacle is rarely the subscription. It is the computers, the setup fee, and committing before seeing the benefit. Each of these removes one of them.
Nothing to pay until you treat somebody. Every visit you record costs UGX 300, with a minimum of UGX 50,000 a month, every member of staff included. We bill at the end of the month for the visits that month actually had.

Configuration, data migration and training are a one-off project, and asking for it all before go-live is what stops most clinics. Spread it over the first year instead, alongside the subscription. Same amount, no lump sum.

The software is rarely the biggest bill. Three workstations, a printer and power protection cost several million shillings before anything runs. We supply, install and support the equipment on the same monthly agreement as the software.

What is included in implementation
The subscription pays for the software. Getting it running in your building is a one-off project.

Questions about paying
- How many staff can use it?
- As many as the plan includes, at no extra charge per login: 5 on Community, 10 on Starter, 30 on Growth and 80 on Hospital. A user is one named person who signs in. Give everyone their own account, because a shared login makes the audit trail worthless when a record is questioned.
- What if we outgrow the staff count?
- You can go a little over while you decide, and we will tell you before it becomes a problem. Move up a band whenever it suits you, and pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Beyond 80 staff, or more than one hospital on one system, we quote a network plan.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Move up or down at any time. When you move up you pay only the difference. Moving down takes effect at the next billing date.
- Can we pay only for the patients we see?
- Yes. Pay as you treat charges UGX 300 for every visit you record, with a minimum of UGX 50,000 a month and no limit on staff. You are billed at the end of the month for the visits that month had, so a quiet month costs the minimum. Around 700 visits a month the Starter plan becomes cheaper, and we tell you when you get there.
- Do we have to pay for setup before we start?
- No. Configuration, data migration and training can be spread over the first twelve months on the same invoice as the plan. We can also supply the workstations, printer and power protection on the same monthly agreement, and the equipment is yours at the end of the term.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Starter and Growth include fourteen days, Hospital a thirty-day pilot, and Glide HMIS, Asset Manager and Promie each have a demo you can open right now. No card is needed.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard through Flutterwave. Annual plans can be invoiced for government and enterprise clients.
- Do you offer discounts for government or NGOs?
- Yes. Government institutions, NGOs and schools are priced separately. Request a proposal and an engineer will quote for your facility.
- What happens when my subscription expires?
- Your data is kept for 90 days after expiry. Reactivate at any time in that period and nothing is lost.
- Do you provide training and support?
- Every plan includes support by email. Growth adds phone and WhatsApp with faster response targets. Hospital and Network include a named engineer and on-site training.
