Ministries, agencies and local governments.

An asset register the auditor accepts, specifications a tender can be run on, and equipment that leaves the building with its data destroyed and a certificate to prove it.

The audit is where most public IT problems surface. The register is a spreadsheet that was right on the day it was made; regional offices count laptops by walking between buildings; the disposal board is handed a list nobody can vouch for. Glide Asset Manager puts a QR label and a named custodian on every item, and prints the register on the day it is asked for.

Before any of that is bought, most agencies need the specification written so that vendors can bid like for like. Our consultants write it, stay through the evaluation, and write it to be usable by whoever wins, including a competitor of ours.

Asked before anyone signs.

Will you write a specification and then bid on it?
If our own software fits, we will say so and you should weigh that. The assessment, the specification and the bid evaluation are written to be usable by whoever wins.
Can the data stay on our own servers?
Yes. Every system we run can be hosted on premises or in a hybrid setup where records must stay in the building.
What do we get when equipment is disposed of?
Serial numbers recorded at collection, wiping or physical destruction with photographic evidence, and a certificate of destruction per asset for the auditor.

Tell us what you run today. We will tell you, in writing, what we would change and what it costs.
