We started in 2019. We still answer the phone.

Before 2019 we were the people hospitals rang when somebody else's software stopped working. The same faults came back in a different order each time. The system wanted internet that was not there. It could not take mobile money. The company that sold it was in another country and did not pick up.

So we built our own. Glide HMIS came first, and everything since assumes the lights will go and the line will drop, which means the machine in front of you keeps working and pushes its records up when the network returns. Around the software we do the IT work the same organisations need: managed support, networks, cloud hosting, security, and certified destruction when equipment is retired.

We are small and we are young. We would rather say that than dress it up. Nobody is live on Glide HMIS yet either: the first installation is going in at Ultra Medicare in Sonde, and until somebody is running it you should judge us on the demo and on what we are willing to put in writing.
